Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing 30 days before the event, for a refund minus a €19.50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to admin@digitalmisfitz.com. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person 5 days before an event by providing authorisation to us at admin@digitalmisfitz.com. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of a conference or event, the liability of Digital Misfitz is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees incurred by Digital Misfitz have been determined and deducted.

IF WE CANCEL…

Postponement & Substitution

Digital Misfitz is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Digital Misfitz shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency. Digital Misfitz shall determine and refund to the attendee its proportionate share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees incurred by Digital Misfitz have been determined and deducted.

Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Digital Misfitz reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
